Next Generation of Microsoft Security Essentials

Microsoft has made the next, superbly strengthened, and more sophisticated Microsoft Security Essentials available for testers. MSE is Microsoft’s antivirus program that is available for companies to install on fewer than 10 computers for free.

The new MSE Beta version would further fend off IE attacks. It will now include a firewall and also has a new detection engine. More important to Microsoft, is to find a way to stop hackers who have created a way to bypass the Windows Genuine Confirmation. They hope this part of the new MSE will help cut down on the number of pirated versions of Windows.
