Sony Gets the Rights to Google TV

Sony finally gets the right to add Google TV to its offerings. The Internet TV is a high-definition LED high-end television. A 46-inch sized TV will go for $1399. Pre-installed applications include YouTube, Netflix, and Sony's Qriocity streaming-video service.

Google plans to make additional applications available next year. The expected applications include an app that would let users control Google TV using their android phone. The price is a little high, but many people can't wait for this web-enabled TV this Christmas.
